This pre-insulated 90 degree elbow features a carbon steel elbow core wrapped with a rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer and a protective polyethylene outer shell, effectively reducing heat loss and preventing corrosion in buried or exposed pipelines.
Technical Specifications
Our insulated elbows are designed for pipe sizes up to 219/630 mm (inner pipe 219 mm with 630 mm outer casing), with a 90 degree bending angle. The steel core is made of carbon steel in accordance with national standards, while the insulation layer provides excellent thermal performance with low thermal conductivity. Various sizes and angles are available upon request.
Manufacturing & Quality
