Manufacturing Process
Our weld neck flanges undergo a rigorous manufacturing process: Fully forged for superior durability, precision CNC machining with tolerance of ±0.5mm, continuous heat treatment (normalizing/annealing/quenching), and comprehensive non-destructive testing including UT ultrasonic, MT magnetic particle, PT penetrant, and RT radiographic testing. Sealing surface roughness is controlled at Ra 3.2-6.3 μm with flatness ≤0.1mm to ensure zero-leakage connections.

We hold ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification, CE (PED/CPR) certification, and API 5L/6D certification. Each batch of products comes with a complete MTC (Mill Test Certificate) providing full traceability of chemical composition, mechanical properties, and heat treatment records. Third-party inspection reports from SGS, BV, and TUV are available upon request.
